Connect: Serve
There is a term we like to use here at life church, and that is “Living Beyond Yourself.” That simply means that you were created for a purpose that extends far beyond you! God gave you talents and gifts; some that you are aware of, and some you may not even know that you have! And the truth is, the church, and ultimately the world needs your gifts.
In this fourth and final connect class, “serve,” we’re going to review what your spiritual gifts test revealed to you; and we’re going to talk about how you might be able to use your gifts and talents to further God’s kingdom. And by doing that you are furthering yourself! Paul told the Corinthians that “…you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. Know that you are part of a family; a “body” that needs you!
